Nora is on Spring Break in CT right now, but I thought you'd like to see this belated photo of her rockin' out on St. Patty's Day. I made these mint brownies for a dinner party that got canceled, thus depriving me from a much anticipated introduction to the carb overload that is "spaghetti pizza." I sent them to work with Drew the next morning to save us both from indulging in the sugar overload that is "anything made with karo syrup" and he came home with a recipe request from his coworker. How do you politely tell someone Betty Crocker is your BFF? Granted, I threw in some mint chocolate chips and pulled out my hereditary frosting making skills (Thanks, Mama V.), but the hard part? It was all the Bettmiester.
